How the process works:

Initiation

  1. We introduced ourselves via email or phone and learn a bit about you.
  2. We talk about your goals, budget, and schedule for the project.
  3. An estimate and proposal are created.
  4. Should you accept the proposal, the design process begins once we receive a 50% deposit and
  5. any materials we might need from you (photos, logo, marketing copy, etc).

What we need from you to design the perfect project:

Preliminary Concepts
Our Part
We present 2-3 preliminary design concepts to you via email.
Your Part:
You review the designs and let us know which one you would like to move forward with and any changes you have.

Revise & Critique
Our Part
We refine the design through a series of revisions.
Your Part:
You send give us feedback on elements you want changed.

* NOTE: Included in your estimate are 2-3 revisions. Should your project need additional revisions, we will update your estimate to reflect the changes.
